SUGPL Policies

Statute

Sitecore User Group Poland (SUGPL) is an association of people interested in the development of the Sitecore community in Poland as well as widely understood knowledge sharing. SUGPL is supposed to provide equal access to knowledge for all concerned and all activities should be transparent and clear to the whole community. Actions undertaken under the SUGPL can not serve the earning goals of any person, company or institution.

General regulations

SUGPL is a community-run organization (most often local) although it is under the control of the central management of MVP Poland:

  • Robert Senktas

Local activities will be conducted and controlled by local leaders who will also enforce the rules set out in the statute and the rules – they also agree to align with the suggestions made by the board. In the case of activities that compromise the good name of SUGPL or the breach of fundamental principles, the management has the right to suspend the official support of SUGPL.

Local SUGPL groups can count on support in the form of:

  • Information on major news channels
  • Transfer of know-how and mentoring from experienced leaders
  • Contact information for potential sponsors

Rules for speakers

Speakers at the SUGPL meeting are chosen by the local community leader and it is his responsibility to verify the presentation before it is made public.

Presentations should meet the following conditions:

  • The main purpose of the presentation can not be advertising your business. It is acceptable to use a corporate presentation template as well as information about recruitment. It is permissible to present a specific product to the community.
  • The presentation must be in English. All materials are then shared with the international community. The decision on the language in which the lecture will be carried out remains the responsibility of the local leader. Conversely, in case of the presence of speakers from abroad, all lectures should be conducted in English.

The speaker attends the SUGPL meeting agrees to make his presentation, video and photos public on all SUGPL channels.

Rules for sponsorship

Sponsorship and donations are the only sources of funding for SUGPL – to ensure equal access to participation in the cost of the venture, all the companies and individuals concerned have prepared the following sponsorship packages:

Brown package – limited to up to three sponsors

  • Sponsor logo on the banners advertising the event
  • Separate information about the sponsor on the available news channels (Facebook, Twitter)
  • Possibility of setting up one roll-up during the event

Silver package – limited to up to two sponsors

  • Sponsor logo on the banners advertising the event
  • Separate information about the sponsor on the available news channels (Facebook, Twitter)
  • The ability to set up up to three roll-ups during an event
  • Possibility of distributing additional advertising materials in the form of leaflets, gadgets

Gold package – Limited to one sponsor

  • Sponsor logo on the banners advertising the event
  • Separate information about the sponsor on the available news channels (Facebook, Twitter)
  • The ability to set up up to three roll-ups during an event
  • Possibility of distributing additional advertising materials in the form of leaflets, gadgets
  • The opportunity for the sponsor to perform a brief (5-15min) shortlist of advertisers or recruiters

Platinum package – limited to up to one sponsor

  • Change the main banner to refer to the sponsor and also place the sponsor logo on it
  • Separate information about the sponsor on available news channels (Facebook, Twitter); It is also possible to include marketing information on all materials published by SUGPL
  • Possibility of distributing additional advertising materials in the form of leaflets, gadgets
  • The opportunity for the sponsor to perform a brief (5-15min) shortlist of advertisers or recruiters
  • Possibility of choosing the place where the event will take place (eg the seat of the sponsor)
  • Opportunity for exclusive sponsorship

Sponsorship support does not have to be made in cash. It is also possible to replace quotas with other similar value support – for example, by making room or catering available.

Other support

Admission to events organized under the SUGPL is free, but it is possible to support the initiative through voluntary donations. For this purpose, a can is placed in the designated place where people will be able to donate anonymous donations, which will then be allocated to:czone na:
